Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS), an international provider of remote intervention technologies and equipment systems is pleased to announce the completion of sea trials of Triton XLS 11 and 12. Mobilisation of both systems onboard the Geoholm was completed on 7th May 2006 and the final test dive was completed 8th May 2006. Both systems included PSS's new fully integrated Advanced Survey Suite and Ethernet communications systems. Immediately following the successful trials the two ROVs were operational on a project in 2,795 meters of water.

On 9th May 2006, Geoconsult then signed a contract for Triton XLS 23 with delivery scheduled for October 2006.

Martin Anderson, Managing Director and CEO of PSS commented: "Obviously we are pleased that the Geoconsult operators and the PSS field support engineers were able to complete the customer acceptance testing in such a short time period. We have always built our systems to be operationally ready on delivery; that is what our clients expect and that is what we will deliver. The additional order for Triton XLS 23 is a very clear statement that our customer is very satisfied with our equipment and our capability for ongoing global support."
